Use a drawing app to do it also this is off topic.
go to the publish page, there should be a thing where you can select a photo as the thumbnail I think

You just go to a person who wants one, say you’ll make one, then draw a thumbnail with the requirements, or you can use photoshop.

go to publish, make sure you have all the needed things to publish a game, , there should be a thing there that you can press and press that and make sure the thumbnail is in your photo library and add it.

You can make a thumbnail request by making a new topic in the Art category. Title it something like “Name of Game Thumbnail Request”
