Although bumping a topic to the top with meaningful contributions should be fine, I think the rule is more direct to the users^[1] who likes to spamming with contents that doesn’t help the post/guide itself, such as “Bump, this is such a good guide!”

Sorry, but for future notice, asking for posts to be unhidden is clutter, and is kinda annoying, as it literally creates more stuff to be flagged. Don’t ask, it was hidden for a reason, and if you want to message the mods to relax the rules or something, that goes in a pm.
