How To Make A Police Force (đźź©)

Introduction

Police have been around in the United States since the 1830’s, when cities decided to combat crime by using a paramillitary-structured system where police wore uniforms and patrolled the streets. Now, it’s 2025, and it’s time we learn how to put justice into gimkit!

Prep

For today’s guide, I chose anti-shoplifting. If this guide gets enough views, I might make a full version. Anyways, for this guide, you need

Instructions
Make the Jail

(All steps can be personalized, I was just setting examples.)

  1. Make the floor of the jail.

  2. Surround the jail with walls (or barriers)

  3. Personalize the Cell

Don’t worry, we are not done with the cell, as we will come back to it later!

Coding
  1. Place the Zone around the prop.

  2. Connect the Zone to the Popup.

  3. Run the Popup Call to Action to the checker

  4. Set Check Fails.

  5. Set Check Passes, you may grant item of your choice.

Finishing Touches

Now, It’s time to return to the cell!

  1. Move Teleporter and Camera View to the inside of the cell.

  2. Make it so that if check fails, you go to prison.

That’s all I have for this guide. Please comment for any feedback or help, as I will be happy to respond

Neat guide but like.

What’s the point? You basically just made a guide on how to teleport someone if a check fails.

It’s cool and all, but like @PhoenixWander said, this is just a glorified art guide with a teleporter :sob:

Those 2 are right, this is just a guide on how to teleport someone if a check fails.
I get you’re trying to teach people about stuff but not even the method is memory efficient.
Please consider the feedback.

All right, Thanks for the feedback. I was trying to help newcomers with the easiest way I know how to do it!

The forums is not a place to grind for “likes” or “views”

alwasys do your best.
