y0ur_L0cal-weird0 bump their head while falling off of summit two.
__ destroyed a tycoon and in 3 seconds they got hit by a bus while spinning while the grim reaper gave him 4 seconds before oofing
(totally not a slap battles reference of the what badge)

_ got bored of life. (Slightly dark, but not too bad.)
_ wanted to know what respawning was like. (A bit convoluted, but OK.)
_ lost their footing. (Only works for platformers.)
_ met the grim reaper. (A bit random.)
the grim reaper one would be more funny if instead of grim it said Gim, anyway I have suggestions of my own
- _ choked on air.
- _ wanted to know what being a pancake was like (fall damage in platformer)
- _ tested if the game had fall damage (also fall damage in platformer)
- _ got pushed a tiny bit too hard (knockback)
- _ forgot they cant fly (fall damage)
- _ forgot how to breathe
- _forgot that lasers hurt.
