The blog post? No it’s not outdated. These are the default settings. Admins can change the requirements and permissions for all trust levels, as well as mods can lock a specific user in a trust level.

Wait I’m confused. I did what was told, but I changed cash/clicks for coins, aka gold seeds. It shows I have coins, but the upgrade is not working, saying I dont have 30 coins when i do.

ok, so do u have a checker, checking if u have 30 seeds?
also remember to subtract those seeds
