So im making a spooky mansion game and the lights go off so your using a lantern. I want it so that there is a circle around you that is see-able and can move, while everywhere else is dark.

I’m not sure this is possible yet in GKC.
It is possible im pretty sure, but it’ll require a lot of triggers, barriers. So probably a lot of memory.
This seems like a challenge…
I’d say, make a ton of triggers and little circles of barriers (yellow, representing light) and turn player collision on for the triggers. Place the triggers pretty close together on the path the character’s on, then have each trigger show the barrier group over it.
This is very memory expensive.
The barriers can be circular. To make them only last for a bit, use a trigger delay.
This is a super neat idea, sorry it isn’t totally implemented in GKC yet…
I’ll just probably make it a low black barrier but still barely see-able if it takes too much memory, thanks @Toxic @Hello0 @GlowingTurtle
