So for the laser tag arena, of course you would need lasers, and to buy it you need a vending machine.
Oh and also get like a barrier to block off the arena until purchased.
Wire the vending machine to the barrier: item purchased → hide barrier
And set how much of the required item you need to buy the arena.

(I am back!!) so if you are new just try to get a feel for the devices like knowing what each does, a cat cafe is kind of a hard place to start, laser tag might be much easier but you still need to cover every base of the game, like if someone does this in a different sequence then how do I make sure that it would still work. You might want to play around with vending machines and making them not visible or make them have no body to add a register sort of feel.
