How to add on to a property? [RESOLVED]

Basically, I want to add 50% more to a property, but for some reason it still stays the same. This is my attempt:

For some reason, however, it doesn’t work. Why is this?

More info: The start rodcost should be 20 (and it is) but it stays at 20.

This line of code does actually run; tested through broadcasts. Here’s the entire piece of the code in case that helps.

I think because of the round down. If you have 1 x 1.5 rounding down. You’d get 1, because 1.5 rounds to 1. I’m not totally sure this is the reason though.

The first/starting rod cost should be 20, but it stays at 20. When rounding down, it should’ve went to 30. I’m pretty sure that rounding down isn’t the reason for this case. Thanks for trying though!

I’m not sure if properties support decimals. Maybe that’s it?

Would there be a way to make it a decimal of some sort? would doing 3/2 work?

Unfortudenly it doesn’t seem so. If I type in 0.2 into the property value it rounds to 0.

So I’ve just tested again and it actually works now. I’ve somehow forgot to turn the rodcost property to a number value, so it was a text value! It works now xd

Sorry for your troubles.
