How Much Memory Does a Wire Take Up?

I was making a game with wires, and I want to figure out how much memory a wire take up.

one wire will take 10 memory, or 15, you can check while wiring, then multiple by the number of wires

You should use channels instead of wires, they’re better and easier to use.

will here, then multiply it by the number of wires, and if it a finished game, then i dont think he will be able to replace everything with channels.
for me i use both, in my maps, i mix. idk why.

Why? (I think wires are, although ugly, easier to manage, as I don’t need to spend forever looking for the problem or glitch)

Channels are free memory-wise, and josh fixed a searching glitch, and you can have basically infinite inputs and outputs

I didn’t like typing channel names. Also it is satisfying to see the wire pulse block running and the wiring screen pop-up.

But you can have multiple connecting the same devices, whereas wires can only have one, also wires sometimes respawn after i delete them, and sometimes as im on mobile i will delete other wires

I personally use both, it just depends on what you’re using them for.

guys, will we argue that channels are better than wires, it is his opinion after all, and we need to help them. as i stated it i use both, wires are easier to manage, but channels are better from memory usage
