How much memory do I need to keep my map under?

I wouldn’t say I’m a very experienced map-maker, and when it comes to memory, I am inexperienced. I was creating a map that we select in-game modes (like, a popup shows and we push a call-to-action, then we teleport to a certain place) and I’m sure it will overflow the memory. I have absolutely no idea how much memory should I use without causing lagginess, glitches, and bugs. So, back to topic, does anyone know the lagginessglitchesbugless memory amount?

Also, by lagginessglitchesbugless memory amount, I mean the bugs will not severely affect gameplay and wouldn’t take too long to load in.

i think 75% and less wont make it laggy.

the most i use is 84 it was laggy, until i decreased it to under 75%

Lag is mostly because of too many devices in one area and not in the whole map. This is because Gimkit offloads devices not in your screen.

yes, soo if there were to many props or devices in one full are, there will be lag.

Every 1,000 memory = 1% fyi

I mean my 99% memory map doesn’t lag much in-game so I think it doesn’t really matter. A lot of props/visible devices can cause an overload, but as long as it’s not like the super complex barrier art background or something you should be fine.

But then the more memory, the longer it will load in, and the more impatient customers become, and the possibility of them clicking off increases.

if you want to consider it like this u can, but i think we solved your question, make ur map less than 75% memory, use @Here_to_help and @SlimExtraterrestrial tips, just dont add a lot and a lot of props and devices in one area, and u are good to go. can we pls close this. @VioletMuffin
