How do you have a sign with words on it? How can you put text on a sign?

How do I add text on a sign

You need a text device. Layer it over the sign to make it look like the text is on the sign.

You just grab a sign and text. Write what ever you want on the text and go into layers and make sure the text is above the sign. Please mark a soultion!
