For the mechanics, put a button near the table that says something like ¨use admin table¨, then connect the button to a camera point device, put the device in a room, then have counters with text above that say what room it is, also when button pressed, show a game overlay button that says something like ¨exit viewing¨, when the overlay button is pressed, hide the game overlay, and deactivate the camera point.
as for the counters, add a zone to each room, when player enters zone, increase counter, when player exits zone, decrease counter, do this for every room.
