How do you make sentrys not attack anyone?

I cant figure out how to because I put it on team 1, which is my team, but when other people joined the sentry attacked them

you can make them onto the players team

yea but read my thing

options:
set team to players team
put a prop/barrier on that one specific spot
reduce their range/give them a lower range gadget
also to be safe make them have min fire rate and accuracy
