How do you make a popup appear for one team only?

If you want the Popup to appear when game starts:

Make the relay to broadcast pulse on “One Specific Team” and choose your preferred team number.

Lifecycle (game start) → Relay (trigger relay)
Relay (trigger relay) → Popup (open Popup)
