How do you make a game end when a player gets 10 eliminations

Lifecycle (Player Knocked Out) > Counter (with target value of 10): Event occurs > Increment counter.

Counter > End Game device: Target value reached > End the game.

or he could mean the other thing, the knockouts! but there is that option in the lifecycle, he should figure it out

Thank you but how do you make it only track one player
or when a player gets eliminated ten times

Can you elaborate? Only track one player?

Maybe something like this:

new lifecycle
broadcast on: Player knocked out
broadcast on channel: "Knockout"

new counter
increment on receiving: "Knockout"
scope: player
target value: 10
broadcast on channel when reaching target value: "End Game"

new end game device
end game when receiving on: "End Game"

The counter is player scoped, so it’s different for each player

Yeah, but why does player-scope matter when it ends the game for every player?

If I understand correctly, they want the game to end when any player is knocked out ten times, not when the total number of knockouts is ten. By setting the counter to player scope, it saves the number of times each player got knockout out separately.

Which is pretty much what I wrote on in #2?

Doesn’t your method would count the total amount of knockouts?

If I’m not wrong, it counts the amount of times the player has been knocked out.

If a counter has a global scope, it’s updated for all players, and if it has a player scope, it’s updated for each player separately right? So player scope would count the deaths separately, until one player has been knocked out ten times, while global scope would count the deaths altogether, until there has been ten knockouts in total? Maybe you forgot to add that the counter is player scoped or something?
