How do you make a cool background?

So i’ve seen lots of pictures with platformers having cool backgrounds and i’ve been wanting to do that. Here’s an example:

You can use barriers.
(make sure to turn the collision off)

You can use barriers, maybe. But this isn’t an actual option yet.
