I want someone to explain me how these things work because it seems like there useless. They only have three options to mess around with! It doesn’t make sense that this device is supposed to make players interact with each other.

Relays activate when a channel broadcasts to them, and then they broadcast another channel. They are used because they can choose a random player, or they can just broadcast for a team, or they can broadcast for everyone. You can use it to grant everyone/a team stuff or make a player counter. if thats what you mean

The device is supposed to be used in tandem with other devices. It is simply a funnel for channels and wires.
Want it sent to a random person? There you go. Want it sent to a team? Got it! Want one person from each team to get a signal? Yessir!
