I’ve tried c.anva and adobe express, and they said it uploaded as a jpg (supposedly the same as a jpeg.) However, when I try to use it, it just says “Upload Error”. Help?

Ohhhhh. It says that but I’m pretty sure it works regardless because I upload PNGs all the time.

jpg and jpeg aren’t the same file type, try using a converter
If it’s blocked on your computer allow Gimkit_Lover Convert it.

it’s not blocked, and it generated it, but it still didn’t work. same with the one from @Gimkit_Lover . Could it be that my computer’s on low battery?

I would try converting through Cloudconvert, that’s what I use

I used a .jpg to .jpeg
, the original file is under .png, the one I uploaded in this post was used through .png → .jpeg.
right click the picture and press save image as

I believe it does, they’re asking for help to upload their thumbnail to GIMKIT creative so they can publish it, and yeah, use the jpg converter that void and mualani_star posted

you save the picture into your files then you input it into the upload

Do this, then you upload it, it’ll say error but when you post the game the thumbnail will be there
