How do I make buttons have a 1 minute cooldown after being pressed?

Make a button wired to a counter with a target of 1. When target>deactivate button. Now, wire the button to a wire repeater with a delay of 60. And back, saying activate button. Also, wire the wire repeater to the counter, saying, “reset counter”.
