How do I make a counter go up by seconds

Make a wire repeater loop. Each wire repeater will have a delay of 1 second. Wire both wire repeaters to the counter to increase it!

You can connect wires between a wire repeater and a trigger, creating an infinite loop. Then, set the delay on the trigger to 1 second, then create a wire that states Triggered > Increment counter
I haven’t actually tested it, but this should work!
