How do I make a counter go up 1 every second?

Can someone tell me how?

Trigger Settings:
Delay: 1
Triggers on “x”
When triggered transmit on"x"

Triggered → Increment Counter

I never told you how to trigger the trigger, so you do that!

“x” is used as a variable to describe a channel value.
To make it clearer:
triggers on “TriggerLoop”
When triggered, transmit on “TriggerLoop”
both channels MUST be the same.
