How Can I Make a Player With a Specific Name have a channel be broadcasted to other devices?

I’m trying to make it so that if it has a specific name, they get a special gadget. I know guides like this exist, but I can’t see images for some reason and if anyone knows a better guide, can you inform me.
I also know how the block coding works, but not how to actually check player names
