You get it by chance. It says the chances for all the cosmetics in the packs. It’s 1 in 1000, so you won’t get one for a while.

Sorry @williamguanzini, you can’t post this kind of stuff here. This forum is strictly for asking about stuff about Gimkit Creative, not the Gimkit website itself. As for getting the mythic, there’s no quick and easy way to do it other than repetitively opening the pack.
