I would say that sink could be revised as it is too basic in my opinions and that you made the water have nails is insane in a hospital room

you could make the faucet with barriers as its this wierd thing that looks like it wants to spray me

This looks… unnerving to say the least. Maybe use a couple of rotated circular barriers to make the faucet head, as in the part the water comes out of, not a literal head.
This design is a bit crude, but its the best I could do in 10 minutes, maybe try this, at least as a starting point:

Do you need help with making it look like one, or operate like one. Do you want the prop art for it? Or do you want to make it actually able to do “surgery” on gims.

If you choose the latter option, i need to warn you that it must be age appropriate.

Changing the section to Art may attract more helpers, than in the help section.
Somepeople only browse the art section, and you may reach out to people who give you better designs.
It will also help others to understand the problem.
