Help with terrain layering issure

I am putting my dirt at layer 2 and my dry grass at layer three, but the dirt comes out on top. I’ve tried multiple ways, including exiting the tab, deleting the terrain, but nothing works.

You might’ve made the grass walls by accident?

Try removing the layer off grass and then replace it with the dirt and put the grass layer under.
