If the title has a closed lock symbol next to it, then you can’t reply or do anything on that topic.
So am I allowed to make a new post about the same thing?
In general, you shouldn’t really make more than one post about the same thing. It’s technically allowed, but it’s not good, as it creates clutter. I guess you should only do things like this where you create more than one topic about one thing if you have something else to fix, but the 3-hour reply timer went out before you could unmark the solution.
