My new game idea which has not been discussed largely here is animal crossing!
For anyone who doesn’t know what animal crossing is, you are put on an island with 2 other animal residents and you build the island to make it look good and for other stuff.
All mechanic ideas are needed but the main thing I need is renaming all of the sentries to be proper names like Joe.
This is for my own sake because I want this to be as much like animal crossing as possible.
Please try to incorporate some mechanics from guides that have been made already. I can give credit and will help those people feel like their things was good, even though it already was to begin with.

THUMBNAIL:
No specific gims are needed but just some type of terrain with some gims fishing and chopping wood and some houses.
I would make a separate topic for the thumbnail request, and do you have the season ticket?
ok then for the naming sentry, i would put a text device near the NPC with their name. And for the talking, then you can use banner popups. Also what mechanics do you need?
Could you make this a wiki so you can edit? You can add other mechanics. Make a contributers section too

I just realized why I did not see that option, I was checking the character device and thought it was the sentry. Thanks for fixing my mistakes.
