Help with Amazing Race?

I’m making a game based on the amazing race I’m doing it in New York, Paris, London, Tokyo and one more and i need the last city. Also i need some ideas for the things that the racers have to do. (I would be willing to do a collab if you know a lot about tech stuff, I am not a tech person)

Also it is a platformer game so its not top down

Make them go through a maze, cooking show, and gangs of sentries.

Make them roll up in hollow earth (although that might be a bit tricky)

You might want to remove the Collab bit because sharing codes, canvas, and padlets for the purposes of collabs is not allowed.

I would personally do Chicago

I know I would be sharing the codes and talking about it on a differnt site like wix or a canva

aight lemme think…

cities that could be used:

-sydney
-prague
-timbuktu
-chicago
-abu dhabi
-emberwall (lore??)

what the racers can do:

-collision-based triggers. if you step on them, you get a power, like a speed boost

-shortcuts, one way goes up, the other down, and one is faster, the other shorter

-a minigame where you step on something, then a line of coins appear. if you collect all the coins in thirty seconds, then you get a small but permanent speed boost

-coins, which you can use to buy shortcuts or powerups… maybe debuffs

-speed points: the more you have, the faster you go. every two increases you speed by .1 and the max is ten, making you 1.5 times faster, which balances the game a little

You want me to add bribing the officials in my game lol

…yes
maybe at each race you can get a headstart from the countdown timer…
the more you payer, the bigger head start

wait where would you buy said powerups? shops along the way?

The people that give the task or shops
