How do you make a moving senetry without lots of memory?

Try deactiavating and reactivating sentries, this is not even close to ideal. You said you are ok with it being tons of memory, so this is the best thing I have for you, sorry.
How far do you want them to move? If you want them to move far, try having them set apart by a bit but not too much so it still looks like they are moving. But you would need a bunch of triggers and wires… Or you could do channels.

#1: deactivating + reactivating sentries, like @Gimkit_kid said.
#2: on a platformer map, make the sentry fall. THAT IS TECHNICALLY MOVING.
