Help with a noise feature

So im making a game based on a quiet place, where the hunter is unable to see and can only ¨see¨ using waypoints, and I’m struggling with a feature. (I don’t know why we can’t say bl!nd)

I’m struggling to make a reliable system that marks a moving player until they stop moving, and then the waypoint stops marking them, this is to create a ¨noise¨ system so the hunter can ¨see¨

you can use player coordinates device to detect when a player moves

Ngl a quiet place gimkit game is pretty sick

yeah I think that player coordinates are the best way. (although I have no idea how)
