So far I mashed up all yall’s ideas and here’s the result:
players vote for diffrent maps
At the start of the game have options for people to choose their class (gadgets)
a security system on the outside! There could be security cameras, that correspond to zones, so the theives have to avoid the cameras to get inside. If they don’t they respawn! At the door there could be a lock, sso they have to look around outside for the key to get in! other rooms before you enter the Vault such as the office, cafeteria, ect. There could also be a second floor and basement!

Perfect Heist is the epitome of heist game perfection, so try getting some inspo from there.
Ex:
- Bombs that blow up vault doors
- Related roles (Hacker, Stealth Agent, Arsonist, etc.)
- Different maps-- some more advanced/harder to complete than others
- A cash tracker (if there are multiple ways to earn cash)
