No, its still not possible.
You can make small beats using vending machines or other devices that can produce a noise.
Wait you can if you go to map settings,
you can change the music track, there’s a couple of options you can choose from.

Yes, Gimkit has a game “music track” that has a variety of in-game music you can choose from.
It would be nice if they added sound effects and maybe even new music in the next update.
