All I have is that me (Echo Agent 28) was sent to a camp to look for a missing echo’ Agent and he then realized it was a trap and he is now trapped. Then a group of kids got invited to the same camp. Also, monsters are coming from different universes (gaming universes). I need more lore ideas, please. There are 15 minutes till midnight

The forest has been consumed by an eternal winter originating from a centuries old curse created by a mad tyrant. The corpse of the tyrant and his followers now wander the woods, hunting visitors to their realm and converting them to mummified husks.

Maybe the kids can’t really escape because the camp is a eternal prison in disguise
Maybe have a partially destroyed castle deep in the woods as a POI? A log cabin campsite by a frozen lake with a dock would be cool. And a lon g dirt trail leading to a gate to the woods, Gimrick National Park, and you have to find parts to unlock the gate, like fuel, wheels, a code written in blood in one of the cabins by a body of a ¨sleeping¨ camper, maybe a screwdriver?
And maybe the door is locked by electric so you need to turn off like 5 or 3 generators
Maybe an alternate escape route that takes you through a cave system along the coast of the lake, eventually ending in a crypt overlooking the cliffside leading down to the crashing ocean waves, where a small boat awaits, bu the crypt is filled with Ozis, and the Hunter gains a 2x strength buff and a 1.5x speed buff.

You venture out in to the midnight forest to look for your friend who has been kidnapped. You go further and further until you have lost your way. BAM!! You wake up at a campsite but you don’t remember… Why cant you remember, why are you here, where are you, did anyone come with you, WHY CANT I REMEMBER!!! You’re in panic then another group shows up to the campsite. When they enter the camp you feel a dark feeling, something isnt right. These people tell you you’re safe here, and to never leave the camp back to the woods. One night you find a note from a former camp member. They tell you about the people and you must leave now. You must plan your escape. But beware you wont be alone in The Midnight Forest…
