The issue is the health bar is going lower when the overlay isn’t touching it
Honestly, it’s most likely mobile being mobile. No way to fix it.

No, this happens on pc too. I think you could fix this by putting the overlay somewhere else though
Putting the overlay at the bottom left/right will get the health back to the original place
