Gimkit Scores being weird

I’m creating a blastball type map but whenever a goal gets scored, the goal counts for both teams when the game ends.

Make sure your Ball Capture Zones update different properties that correspond the respective team’s score. You may have it set where both Ball Capture Zones update the same property.

But you can only have one property as the Score Property

what do you mean by that?

Okay, so you know how I solved your problem before? I forgot to say you need to make 2 of that mechanism, you also have to put the property scope to team you can name one property score 1 and the other property score 2

does that make sense?

I have never used property, so I don’t know how it works. You could just make them go to a counter and make no score. If none else works

@MarioCappy, you’re having a problem with your scope. For the property and the counter, make sure the active scope is set to team, not global. That should fix your problems.

do you mean the ‘Score Group’?

yes, also why did Bird get the solution

I said the same thing

didnt work? idk how man

diddnt work???

it gives the points to ‘team’ but it doesnt know what team to give it to?

Put different teams for each side put team 1 and team 2

Maybe make it when the goal is scored, a counter gets incremented? Can the blastball goal be set to “team”? I agree with @Bird, too. The scope should be set to team, or both teams will get a point at the same time.

I’m confused. How does it not know what team to give it to? You went into the game settings and set up the teams, right? Could you elaborate a bit more on what’s happening?

sigh
delete the system you have right now, then do the same thing I told you to do before (in your other help topic) but make 1 property ‘score 1’ and the other property ‘score 2’ then follow the same steps
if this doesnt make sens ill provide pictures
