You do not enter the gimkit awards. You are nominated by a vast group of people (Don’t go advertising, you’ll be disqualified, some folks learned that the hard way), and they’ll vote on the person/game they think is the best in a given category.
If you aren’t an official artist, I guess just… throw fanart my direction in the discord… yeah sorry, no good answer for that.
As to voting, nominating, and winning, no, not necessarily. We will have certain things in place so you can contact us if you win, and we will have follow up posts in April about nominations/voting.
We enter a week long nomination phase, then a week long voting phase, then we edit, voice, and script out a video to be published sometime near the end of the month it started. We’re looking towards april in 2025.
We’ll have a full team to replace what we lost (which was already the plan, but whatever), so hopefully we’ll have higher quality art, forms, and it will hopefully be a much smoother process.
Sorry for bothering, but I have one more question about nomination. How will people be able to consider all maps for nomination instead of just ones with high plays or ones on trending?
@Unstable, I could try some of the trophies, and if not, I could also do some graphic designs in the video. Funny about this post, since I asked Blackhole927 if I could join the team for GA 2025.

We’ll probably be doing mostly the same, though some might be changed for better wording/removed entirely/split into two categories. We’ll just have to see how the cards fall.

Categories will mostly be the same as last year, maybe. As much is not final. I’m not quite sure what you mean by ‘impliment’ though, sorry.
There will be a post here for voting, nominations, and everything that builds up to that. As for how we will get your votes, we’re toying with ideas right now, but expect something similar to a google form.
