Okay so I have a game in the makings called “Get a Job” where you get a job. It’s a story/Get a Snack at 3am game and so far I have made two endings.

  1. Fired Ending (Annoyed the Boss)
  2. Traumatized Ending (Check a Co-workers search history…)

  3. ??? (Sentry ONLY SAYS BEEP and BOOP)
  4. Sid (Seed Sid FARMER)
  5. Paul (Pumpgim Pie HE ONLY SPEAKS IN PIE NOISES)
  6. Guy (Gimfish Guru HE PRAISES THE GIMFISH)
  7. Judge Snippolkole (Dr. Snynapes, by @Random_Dude123)
  8. Puffer (Puffer HE IS ALWAYS COLD)
  9. Spooky Sam (Ghostume HE THINKS HE IS SCARY)
  10. Pam (Peggie HE HAS THE SEARCH HISTORY)
  11. Vigge Vortex (The CEO of Vortex, made by @agent_metallix)

You are free to make your own character, just please make it make sense.

Extra Info
  • Lunch-O-Maker is used for food related endings.
  • There are 3 days so tell me when day it takes place.
  • The 3 ones I picked from the beginning is all on the first day.

Ending Frenzy:
-Became The Boss(You stole the boss’s job) Good ending.
-Boss’s Pet(You get promoted to co-boss) Good ending.
-Messy Spill(You knocked over the boss’s computer and it made the plants catch on fire, you are arrested for attempted arson.) Horrible Ending.
-A Dark Secret(You figure out that the company you work for is secretly testing the workers as test dummies, you successfully call the police and the owners are arrested.) Secret Ending 1(Good)
-AI Breakthrough(You are able to successfully code the sentry into an intelligent AI entity, but turns out you unleashed an uncontrollable evil and AI takes over.) Secret Ending 2(Bad)

Trapped ending: you got trapped by the boss[bad ending]
Got a Job ending: you got a good job [good ending]
Promotion ending: You get a job and do good at it and get promoted [good ending]

Me personally that’s crazy

Ideas

  • Your boss says your fired. (Bad ending)
  • Legal action ending: The player can decide if he wants to fight the boss in court and sue him or just let it go.

(Good ending) The judge rules in your favor and makes you the new boss. while the old boss gets fired and is in rippling dept

(Bad ending) The judge DOES NOT rule in your favor and you get fired, then you lose all of your hard-earned money and become homeless.

[:sandwich::fish:] - The Sandwich Ending.
DESC: “Uh… Maybe next time, DON’T. EAT. FISH.”

HOW-TO: Find a random mini-fridge that has the ingredients for a tuna sandwich, which requires bread, a Gimfish, etc. Somehow, while you consume the sandwich, you “accidentally” eat it infront of Guy. Since it’s “plain cruel” and that you somehow get sued for eating food THAT CONTAINS A GIMFISH, you get fired. The end.

It’s a bad- no, wait- HORRIBLE ending.

(Still trying to think of more!)

Overtime Oops (You decide to work late but fall asleep, and when you wake up, the boss fires you for missing a deadline.) Horrible Ending.
Plant Whisperer (You become an expert in office plants, bringing life to the office and earning a gardening title.) Good Ending.
Mysterious Mishap (You accidentally delete all company data, causing panic and leading to your dismissal.) Horrible Ending.
The Last Slice (You take the last slice of pizza in the break room and face the wrath of your coworkers, leading to isolation.) Bad Ending.
Snack Time (You find a secret stash of snacks in the office and enjoy them without getting caught) Good Ending.

The UM… AHHHHH ending (idea from @ST4RS_IN-A_JAR )
You just got hungry and accidentally ate a cookie in front of Carl. Carl attacked you out of the office and got a broken bone…

“Why are the plants smelly? I didn’t water them yet…” Accident Ending
The office bathroom got clogged and you needed the bathroom and… well… read the title.

Ok… the last one might not be appropriate:/

Here are some endings I thought of
Stuck in the Farm: You accidentally your good at anything in front of Sid. He traps you and makes you work for him. (Also, you can’t get out) (bad)
Sued Sid: You get out of the farm and sue Sid for making you do involuntary work. (good)
Make friends: You meet guy and befriend him. (not good not bad)
PRAISE THE GIMFISH!!! : You start to praise the gimfish along with guy. (secret bad)
Paul the Pie: You think Paul is a pie, and try to eat him. At that moment the police burst in. (bad)

i have an idea for a character AND an ending
character: vortex agent
ending: vortex secret agent
basically earn the agents trust and rise the ranks of vortex
(def not biased about loving the vortex company)
forgot to mention it takes place day 2

Fail ending: Took too long to get a job. Night came, and they stopped hiring. Oh well.
Wait 5 minutes and stay at home.

Insulted ending. When Spooky Sam asks if you think he’s scary, you say no so he’s offended. (Bonus: you could teleport to his house where you have to fight him as a boss)
