I need some level design for my game Fragility mechanics.
The puzzles have to include fragility in them somehow (They can include a bit of parkour) for example.
The player must use fragility in some way to get to the teleporter so they can go to the next level. I have a system of overlays that allow the player to change their fragility at will. Using the system that allows the player to change their fragility the player must reach the finish line via changing their fragility so when they get hit by sentried the player can reach where ever they want.
In the right hand corner the play can adjust their fragility via the Increase button.
The player can increase their fragility depending on what they need in this case the player need to get on the L shaped platform so they could jump off of it to get to the teleporter.
If this is still confuzzling my game is shared on the Wix , I sent it like 2 days ago. So you might have to scroll down a bit and its on my bio.
maybe you can have a separate room with a sentry in it to keep giving you more fragility until you have enough to move on. or you can make a part where you can’t have too much fragility like lasers or something what do you think @Demo
What if you have a large lava lake, and two terrain in the middle of it. You have to find the exact amount of fragility to get on that island and move on.
Also, your idea is SO COOL! I would love to play that game when it comes out :)
You have 3 (or more) large pillars, and there are 3 (or more) sentries standing 3 block away from each (I counted). When you launch off, you have to chain your jumps so that as soon as you fly over a pillar you get hit with the next sentry and you keep flying.
The zone is there so that you can’t stand on the sentry stands.
The yellow line indicates how you’re supposed to go.
My drawing is not to scale, I just know that some people understand better with pictures than with words.
