Forum guide: Indexes, and what they do

Indexes are used to simplify links on the forums and make them easier to input into while editing. For example, this is an example: example index would lead to https://google.com. Indexes are useful for editing long guides specifically for this reason.

How to Input an Index Link

  1. Paste these at the bottom of the guide:

<!-- END Index -->
  1. Next, you want to provide your links. Put them between the index tag and the end index tag. It should then look like this:
<!-- Index -->
[example index]: https://google.com
[example index 2]: https://youtube.com
<!-- END Index -->

Just type them in. For example: example index. I have provided the code at the bottom for usage.

i don’t think that they will, since, if they are taking down this guide, then why make the tag forum-tips
(unless if people somehow create their own tag that i don’t know we could)

regulars can make tags, but this tag was made a while ago.
