How do you make it to when you leave you have to wait for everyone (except the hunter) for the game to end?

Have a counter that increases when a survivor joins. This way you can keep track of the survivor amount. When a player escapes, have it increment a counter that has a target the same value as a property that is connected to both the starting counter and that counter. When the target is reached have it activate the end game device.

Sorry, I mean like if you fix all of the generators and the gates open, all of the survivors have to escape but not the hunter before the game ends

Make a teleporter that everyone is teleported to an game start by a lifecycle
When teleported increment a counter (Make the counter target value 0)
trigger delay (3 sec)
Trigger triggered → Decrement counter
Also →
Player leaves → Decrement counter
Counter reaches target(0) → end game
