Teleporters do work and the method was used in a MathThrive video over a year ago, but the problem is that they affect players which is not the best when trying to make a randomizer.
It could be possible to use a sentry that teleports randomly and falls onto a collidable trigger + teleporter. Even so, the teleporter method is still not the best because if you want bigger bounds for your randomized number, you need to use a lot more resources. Plus, the probability distribution would have everything be the equal, and weighted probability would use up even more resources.

this is so so easy teleporters when player teleports here grant item
Once I made teleporters have the same group and then when you teleport from that teleporter it broadcasts something, thatās what I used before knew of block code.
Even though your trying to research this, you should actually add something to the post before posting it.
