it is, but idk about only when sentries KO sentries but you can if sentries are out of reach from the player
I do not think this is possible; I think this would be called a type of sentry interaction and most of them were deleted.
If you use a KO manager and set the manager to listen for sentry knockouts, it only listens for the player KO’ing the sentry, not a sentry KO’ing a sentry
