hold up now I think about it bookmarks has flaws too let me explain. if I had an error with bookmarking stuff or if I using another computer and my bookmarks don’t save what would I do if I had to restart or hard restart or reset my computer what would I do? if I had to delete my data what would I do?
also why would I want to bookmark for others to look at? espically if I in a public area.
I already have a lot of bookmarks too.

sure it could be useful.but what if I I fill it up too much then I don’t want to be scrolling until the very bottom I would be too lazy to do that, then what if It get messy to the point it unorganized? I ain’t wasting time to organize it. if the bookmark disappear how would I recover it if I can’t find the topic?,If I forgot to save the bookmark I would have to find the topic. If i having an issue with it to where it not working why would I still try to use it? and if I not on the forum how would I be able to use it? if I not logged into my acc how would I use it?

if your not gonna read all dat then I get to the point. no that doesn’t convince me I already heard enough about bookmarks. tags can categorized topics too y’know? not just bookmarks.

you said I, that does not include you wanting to bookmark it for others. bookmarks are for you, so if you want to bookmark something for others you have got the entire functionality of bookmarks wrong.
also this is off topic like kat said. I only brought up bookmarks because you said it like you had problems with this and you wanted to fix it for yourself. (also tags are ment to be relevant, collabs haven’t been done in this forum since the heian era /j)
I decided to have a lil poll of my own.
a lore tag! basically this tag can be used for guides and help topics, for example asking for ideas for lore for a game, or a guide to how to make your own lore.
I feel like #lore in a guide might make people think they can make a guide about their own lore or something, and also I think #lore as a request is wrapped under #ideas-request already.
While it would be nice to have it, I’m just concerned about practical application.
true, I feel the tag would mostly be used for help topics (and people would most likely actually have a reason to search for lore related help topics, some people just like creating stories)
Budump and-
I was looking through all the guides on mapmaking and game design and I think there are enough to warrant a tag, maybe called map-design? Ideally the tag would be restricted to the Community Made Guides cagegory since otherwise it would definitely be misused by people in the Help category asking for help designing their map.
Update: It would be restricted to the Community Made Guides and the Art categories (thanks string for bringing that up)
