I had an idea. Maybe there should be a #season-ticket-exclusive tag?
Now that certain devices and props are limited it would be a good tag so the community knows they can’t use this guide without the season ticket?

Well, remember tags are for searching, and I don’t think people are going to search for things only season ticket members. But it would help alert people if the guide can only be used by season ticket members, so I think we should make a poll.

This guide was originally made for people who never use discourse or anything with tags. It explains what each tag means and when to use it. However since there have been mods more recently, this has turned into a place where you can tell the mod tags that shouldn’t exist like

It would be much better to have one post to talk about management rather than have multiple posts that clutter up the forums.

Would it be helpful[1], to have a ‘duplicate’ tag, to help the mods mod? [2]

So, the tag would be removed once the mods reviewed the post or closed it, etc.?

I’m not really sure how helpful this will be, it’s just for organization.

And, overall, it’s really up to the mods. The poll’s just there, existent, for no reason. :slight_smile:

The trust level three bias is crazy here so I’m just going to state my opinion lol. I think that yes, it would be helpful so regulars could sort of categorize posts for moderation. However, I’m not sure if there’s a big enough need to warrant a tag.

I think having a trial run is a good idea.

I’ll create the tag and make it visible to TL3 and above.

Also, does anyone feel like there’s a need to distinguish Gimkit in-game art and thumbnail requests in the Art category? I don’t really think it’s necessary, but it would be more organized if we- because adding a thumbnail-request tag to all the hundreds of thumbnail requests would take too long, probably- added a in-game-art tag to the guides and requests that have it?

Just a thought, I think. I don’t know that a poll is important but I haven’t made one in a while, so…

There’s a few turn-based guides out there, and it’s definitely something somebody might want to search for if they’re making a turn-based game, which guides usually aren’t frequently bumped.
