This happens sometimes. I think it is a touchscreen issue. The server thinks you’re using a touchscreen. A reload should fix it! [1]
What I mean by touchscreen is the pointer is stuck on one spot, so it opens a different device then you want every time. ↩︎

Yeah, happens a lot (all the time) to me on mobile.
Reload is your best bet.
Since you can’t exactly use a cursor, it kind of gets stuck I think.

Yep! What I do is figure out what it’s locked onto and then pretend to move it with M
Did you use the touchscreen before the bug happened because that is a typical glitch on mobile. Edit: Sorry for reiterating the other posts except starting the game sometimes fixes it.
