Character Shadow Bug

The gim’s shadow is somehow on top of it? How do you fix this? I’ve tried just about everything.

BTW, this isn’t a sentry, It’s a character. Also it looks fine while I’m editing, but in-game it looks like this.

Replace the character
It happened to me when i put it on above later

Change it then try going back in it

I tried. Didn’t work.

Can you show us the settings?

I think it should be set to natural depth to yes, that may fix it.

yeah… no. didn’t work

What layer is the character on?

Wait that might be the shadow of the other props

Thats not how shadows work
Its the character’s shadow

The above layer (it took me a while to find it lol)

Bingo
Character’s cant be on above
Meaning you need to place it on below forst then nuetral and above the props

Can you turn the shadow off on the character?

I tried, it still doesn’t work

Okay, so let my try to explain better
If you out a character on above, you need to put it on below before neutral, or else it will stay the same
Once its on below, keep it over the props, but still on neutral
