so I’m making a game called well you guessed it “blowing up the world”
and I’m trying to theme it partly based on school stuff in the beginning but gradually getting more insane/crazy as the storyline goes (like going to the moon to launch a laser kinda stuff)
so what I need is ideas for mechanics and how the storyline could go
along with how these mechanics can fit into the storyline
get as wild as you want with these ideas just nothing like moving sentries plz
also making a thumbnail request after this post so I can be prepared
to publish it and what not after I’m done
A character can spontaneously combust into sprinkles?! =D

you could add C00lkidd and make him have a quest for the character. The quest is that you need to steal nukes for a secret project
In a game, I made c00lkidd be the red split gim, with a ) as his smiley face
add l.o.r.e like u can find notes in some secret room etc.

Add a crazy calculus class (totally not a reference to my real life)
Maybe there’s a cult of random kids bent on burning the school down… and the chemistry teacher is on their side
Maybe a secret hidden room (behind some no-collision props) that the janitor stores nukes, lasers, a mini spaceship, and a time machine
The time machine could have a teleporter that randomly teleports to a different place, and you could create settings from different time periods (Ancient Egypt, The Renaissance, etc)

You could put in a random NPC that fights you but DUH DUH DUH it has legs. You could put some no collision barriers as sentry legs.
