need a way to make every one a little slower any way?

Use the speed modifier device. Wire it to a area device, now when a certain person walks into a certain area, they are slower.

just use the speed modifier and do it as 0.75

You could also use a relay set to “All Other Players,” that transmits on Slow Players when receiving another channel such as Game Start on a Lifecycle device…
