Can you summarize the game and these mechanics?
Some people have never played this game and cannot help as much if they don’t know what its about.
I would recommend just searching it up, but in short, you drop down onto planets from ships in space inside of a drop pod, the planets you land on are either occupied by the advanced robot empire, the Automatons, the endless waves of bugs, the Terminids, or the highly advanced alien race known as the Illuminate. In game there are several different gadgets and armor sets depending on your playstyle. The game can be played solo or with four other people. Some key features in the game are samples and stratagems, samples are artifacts and objects you collect during missions to take back to the ship in order to research them, stratagems are very important as you can call in air$trikes and resupply’s from the air but you have to enter a certain pattern of arrows in order for it to work.
Btw since it is a spin-off the alien races won’t be the same but will have the same core characteristics and values.
For armors you can just give the player different damage boosts, speed boosts, shield amounts, and maybe different stamina amounts.
For stratagems you could use an overlay that makes a call to action list appear (If you have season ticket), the list would have four options for the four arrows (up, down, left, right), using multiple triggers they only activate the mechanism when all buttons are in the right order.
If you don’t have season ticket you could use four game overlays (If you don’t have any other GUI) for the arrow options.
Also I do know that you can make sentries move and stuff but if anyone anymore memory saving methods please let me know or if the moving sentries from the apocalypse will be added anytime soon to creative.
No, moving sentries like apocalypse are not possible and probably won’t be possible for a year (or never possible). This is because complex mechanics are usually too much for Gimkit Creative so they are usually never added. Take Invisabits and Invisibility from Capture the Flag for example, its a really old gamemode but we still don’t have invisibility because its just so complicated.
Oh ._. But is there any way to do the classic deactivate and activate method but using less memory because I am NOT using that much memory just for movement😭
Nice guide, but is there any guide on barrier art and stuff in order to make the Automatons and terminids and stuff?
