So what about the GIMs (Gimpossibly Immense Maintainers, who are a dimensional security company), and the DPZ (Dimesional Portal Zipper)? The secret ending (cutscene) could be you found all the cures and ways to defeat the anomalies/infections and you are about to use it on the Void Portal, but an Elder Mimic or something ambushes you before you can use it. Right before it gets you, it gets blasted/vaporized by a laser blast (Evil Eye). A squad of GIM units come out of a white/pink/purple portal. One of them throws a DPZ into the Void Portal, it’s forcefully closed, and an Eternal Flower is now in its place. Then long story short, they admire your bravery and accomplishments and wish to recruit you as a member of the GIMs to help stop other planet level disasters like this, which you accept. Screen goes black, and the game ends.

the boy in the bath should maybe be a friend since he was forgotten and since the player paid attention to them they finally rest in peace, and for the boiled one the player should destr0y the TV or smt

For a cameo, can I just be one of the GIM units that come out of the portal? It’d be Sketch with 1 or 2 custom shape devices for different colored lines. (Also, give the GIMs futuristic helmets using the custom shape device (or for memory efficiency just use some props to give them all space helmets that cover their faces.))
Or you could just make me a random survivor that lives in a scrapyard that has created 4 robo-arms armed with scrap launching sh0tG#n$ (this is a w3@P0N concept I’ve had for like 8 months now (not the sc#@Pg#n, the robo-arms I just thought of)).
